University of Duke’s Wallace Wade Stadium is expected to rank among the finest college athletic facilities once it is completed later this year. The football stadium is undergoing massive renovations to achieve this status. A new five-story, 90,000-plus square foot tower is a focal point of the new construction. The tower will include six different concession booths and restrooms on the main concourse level and a 300-plus seating dining room, exterior club accommodations and six luxury suites on the second level.  The third level houses 15 additional luxury suites as well as the President’s box and the fourth floor provides space for media, home and visiting coaches, broadcast and gameday operations with additional video filming space located on the roof. Additionally, the stadium’s field level will be lowered and the track surrounding the field will be replaced with sod bringing a new feel to the stadium. With past experience in stadium renovations in the Carolinas (Clemson Stadium and the Panthers Stadium), Kenseal Construction Products was proud to be chosen to supply specialty materials again. Our valued customer used Tremco ExoAir 230, TREMproof 201/60, Pecora 890 and Bituthene 3000 to complete the job.
