Expansion is underway at The New York Public Library! 55,700 square feet of space beneath Bryant Park is being transformed into a state-of-the-art storage facility for the Library. The additional space will allow the Library to accommodate approximately 95 percent of all research requests with materials on-site and improve the preservation environment. Located on Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street, the iconic Stephen A. Schwarzman Building will have the means to serve future generations with this expansion.
With three locations dispersed in the Metro New York area, Kenseal Construction Products was a sound choice to service this project. Kenseal Sales Representative Aaron Baxter connected with one of the subcontractors working on the job and worked quickly to help the customer open a credit account with Kenseal. The Kenseal credit team prides itself on flexibility and being responsive to our customers needs. With a direct line of communication between the customer and the Kenseal credit associate, the set-up process was expedited and the account was created. Once the project was underway, the Kenseal team coordinated multiple deliveries to the project site – many with sharp delivery times after hours to meet our customers needs. The project remained on schedule and overall was a great success!
